1. What we collect
Account details (name, email address), the content your team creates in the service, and technical data needed to operate it (such as sign-in events, IP address and browser information for security auditing).
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the service: authentication, collaboration features, transactional emails (verification, password resets, invitations, notification digests) and abuse prevention. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
3. Emails
We send transactional emails only. Daily notification digests can be switched off in your profile settings at any time.
4. Storage and retention
Data is stored on servers in the European Union. When you delete content or your account, it is removed from the live systems; residual copies in backups expire on rotation.
5. Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your personal data — most of it directly in the app, or by contacting us. You may also request an export of your data.
